LAKE LURE LAKEFRONT ~ MOUNTAIN VIEWS ~ ROMANTIC

Bella Carroll is a lovely single-level Lake Lure lakefront home with a well-appointed interior.   It is ideal for a romantic getaway or just a quiet, peaceful escape (sorry, no four-legged guests). This home is 6.8 miles to the Beach at Lake Lure, 8.1 miles to Chimney Rock State Park, and 18.5 miles to the Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC).

Upon entering, there is a wonderful warm feel as you walk through to a nice open living area with high ceilings, a wood-burning stove, and lots of windows to enjoy the fantastic views.  There is a comfortable sofa that is also a sleeper. The kitchen and dining area are comfortable and well-equipped. There is one television that offers Direct TV.  

There is a full/double size bed in one bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom.  If you want to bring additional guests, the sofa converts to a queen-size bed. There is a full bath (shower only/no tub) off the living area near the bedrooms.

The boathouse and dock at the lakeside is a great place to sit and dangle your feet in the water or bring your boat for use on the lake (see the boating regulations for additional information).

Lake Lure Beauty Year-Round
This home is perfect for every season. In Spring, the bushes and trees on the shady wooded lot and down the long drive will fill with leaves. Summer weather in the area is great most of the time. Autumn brings plenty of visitors to the area for the extraordinary colors. They are even more beautiful when reflected on the lake. With the absence of leaves on the trees in winter, you will see entirely new landscapes.

Smoking is prohibited in all of our vacation rental homes. 

Parking up to 2 vehicles. 

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. local time or anytime after.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. local time or anytime earlier.

Cancellation Policy:  If you cancel a confirmed reservation outside of 30 days before arrival, there is just a $50 cancellation fee to help cover credit card cost and time.  If you cancel within 30 days, there is no refund unless we get the home rebooked.  If the home is rebooked for your canceled dates, we will refund all but the $50 cancellation fee.  Please note that we always recommend purchasing travel insurance/trip interruption insurance to help protect your investment should something unexpected come up.  Travel insurance is typically 6.95% of your total trip cost, and coverage details are available on the checkout page.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
