Autumn Ridge is one of the coziest, most relaxing homes we offer! Everyone who enters reports how comfortable and inviting Autumn Ridge makes them feel.
Log cabin offering three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms set within Rumbling Bald Resort, just 10 miles from Chimney Rock State Park. With two levels and 2,233 square feet (plus deck space), this cabin will sleep a total of eight guests and has parking for three vehicles.
Enjoy the rocking chair front porch, screened-in porch, and open grilling deck for a whole lot of nature watching.
Are you dreaming of cooking a proper country breakfast or the perfect family dinner? The kitchen is well-stocked, and there are numerous areas to gather. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer, stovetop with oven, and cooking and eating utensils to stir up some delicious meals during your stay. The kitchen features abundant counter space!

Autumn Ridge's living room is the perfect place to kick back and relax. Gather round for a game of cards, watch a movie on the large flat screen, or cozy up next to the gas fireplace. We are sure you won't forget the good times and memories made here!
The main level is also where you will find the first of three bedrooms. This master suite features a king-size bed, an electric fireplace, and a flat-screen TV.
Upstairs you will find bedrooms two and three. One features a king-sized bed, an electric fireplace, and a flat-screen TV; the other has a queen bed and a daybed with a trundle in the corner. There is a lovely sun-soaked reading nook and a large full bathroom with a tub/shower combo between the two upstairs rooms.
Now that we've described the layout of this lovely log cabin, let's talk about the resort amenities! Rumbling Bald Resort offers excellent lake beach access, indoor pool, outdoor pools, restaurants, kayak, canoe, and boat rentals, chair/umbrella rentals, boat tours, Putt-Putt golf, tennis courts, basketball courts, exercise facility, pro shop, and two championship golf courses.
You will not even have to leave the resort! If you do, the Lake Lure/Chimney Rock area and surrounding communities offer additional activities.

Smoking is prohibited in all of our vacation rental homes.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. local time (or later).
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. local time (or earlier).
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel a confirmed reservation outside of 30 days before arrival, there is just a $50 cancellation fee to help cover credit card costs and time. If you cancel within 30 days there is no refund unless we get the home rebooked. If the home is rebooked for your canceled dates, we will refund all but the $50 cancellation fee. Please note that we always recommend the purchase of travel insurance/trip interruption insurance to help protect your investment should something unexpected come up. Travel insurance is typically 6.95% of your total trip cost and coverage details are available on the checkout page.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
