Blue Ridge Sunrise is an exquisite mountain home with private suites, a game room, high-speed internet, a fire pit, resort amenities, proximity to additional activities, and much more! The views from the property are pleasing and can be seen from every room. You will especially enjoy the sunrises, though the sunsets are amazing too. In addition to all of this, you have access to the Rumbling Bald Resort amenities:

You will not even have to leave the resort! If you do, the Lake Lure/Chimney Rock area and surrounding communities offer additional activities.  With all this magazine-worthy home offers, you and your family and/or friends (sorry, no four-legged guests) will surely enjoy your stay at Blue Ridge Sunrise. This home is 10.5 miles to the Beach at Lake Lure, 11.5 miles to Chimney Rock State Park, and 20.3 miles to the Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC).

Great Gathering and Entertainment Spaces

This beautiful resort home has 3 bedrooms (each with deck access), 3 full baths, 1 half bath, and can sleep 8 comfortably (occupancy is 10, and there are comfortable sofas). Its open floor plan and 3 levels make it convenient for a family group and equally nice for 3 couples traveling together.

While there are private spaces, the home also offers ample spaces to gather. The loft above the main living area offers a comfortable sofa and oversized lounge chair with an ottoman, a 55" television, and a large sun deck.

The kitchen is perfect for gathering with a large granite-top island, custom cabinetry, and a 24" TV for the morning news and coffee. The dining table seats 6, and there is additional seating at the kitchen counter. Get your family and friends cooking together in the gourmet kitchen or go out on the large patio and grill under the stars (the gas grill is near the back entry for ease of cooking near the kitchen).

The lower-level entertainment room has a ping pong table, foosball table, darts, mini-fridge, and a comfortable leather sectional sofa facing an entertainment center with a 50" TV, DVD player, Xbox, and more. If you prefer, relax on the deck and enjoy the sounds of nature and take in the incredible views. With this house, you get even more!

This home is perfect for every season! Spring brings the blooms of dogwood trees and mountain laurel. Visit in the summer when the weather is perfect nearly all the time. The stunning array of colors in autumn is legendary. With the absence of leaves on the trees, winter offers broader views.

Smoking is prohibited in all of our vacation rental homes.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. local time or anytime after.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. local time or anytime earlier.

Cancellation Policy:  If you cancel a confirmed reservation outside of 30 days before arrival, there is just a $50 cancellation fee to help cover credit card cost and time.  If you cancel within 30 days, there is no refund unless we get the home rebooked.  If the home is rebooked for your canceled dates, we will refund all but the $50 cancellation fee.  Please note that we always recommend purchasing travel insurance/trip interruption insurance to help protect your investment should something unexpected come up.  Travel insurance is typically 6.95% of your total trip cost, and coverage details are available on the checkout page.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
