Spend sunny days fishing on the private waters of Lake Lanier, which is approximately 150 acres in size, rainy days shopping in Landrum or Tryon, and any day relaxing out on the home's private screened-in porch or inside beside the fireplace in the comfortable living room.

When dinner time rolls around, cook up your catch from Lake Lanier in the fully equipped kitchen. Complete with all the necessary cookware, this kitchen is sure to please. There's also a new gas grill in the backyard for the grillmaster in your group.
Seating is ample; serve meals at the high wooden dining table next to the living room or dine al fresco on the screened-in porch featuring a picnic table and lots of extra seating.
Sleep is sure to come easy in any one of the three bedrooms, each offering a television, ceiling fan, and dressers for easy storage.
- There are two full bathrooms each with a shower and bathtub combination. *Currently, the upstairs bathtub can only be used as a shower and cannot be plugged for soaking due to a leak.*

The 14-mile Blue Wall Passage portion of the Palmetto Trail crosses pristine natural areas managed by The Nature Conservancy and houses more than 100 species of birds. Memorable wildlife, breathtaking scenery, and a 30-foot cascading waterfall on a side loop offer exciting photo opportunities for nature lovers.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
