The open floor plan allows you to move about freely with large windows, a king bed master on the main level, a spacious closet, and a master bathroom.

The lower level has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. There are two full bathrooms, a large family room with a flat-screen TV, a fireplace, a back deck, and a screened-in porch enclosure that feels like you are in a Nicholas Sparks novel.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel a confirmed reservation outside of 30 days before arrival, there is just a $50 cancellation fee to help cover credit card costs and time. If you cancel within 30 days, there is no refund unless we get the home rebooked. If the home is rebooked for your canceled dates, we will refund all but the $50 cancellation fee. Please note that we always recommend purchasing travel insurance/trip interruption insurance to help protect your investment should something unexpected come up. Travel insurance is typically 6.95% of your total trip cost, and coverage details are available on the checkout page.

Note: Cancellation policies may vary on other marketing sites, but it is ALWAYS most affordable to book direct with us at Carolina Properties. Booking direct also enables a guest loyalty discount, available across our many properties, upon your second stay.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
